This is an antique toothpick dispenser a friend gave me a long time ago. I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Unfortunately the press button doesn't dispense properly, you have to lift the clear window on the front to get a toothpick which is fine if you have a lot of time on your hands but i don't have the patience. But it's still a great vintage/antique piece so ...
